Flail mower – Heavy-duty flail mulcher with hydraulic side shift for tractor

DELEKS® CERVO-200 is a professional heavy-duty flail mower and mulcher with a 200 cm working width for 60–100 HP tractors, designed for grass, brambles, scrub, vine and orchard prunings and other vegetation residues, featuring heavy-duty flails with a 14 cm wide base, internal counter blades, double-layer housing, hydraulic side shift and PTO shaft included.

APPLICATION

The CERVO-200 is a professional heavy-duty flail mower, designed for the maintenance of agricultural land, vineyards, olive groves, orchards, overgrown areas and land with dense vegetation.

With a working width of 200 cm and a weight of 530 kg, it is suitable for wheeled or tracked tractors from 60 to 100 HP, such as New Holland, John Deere 5 Series, Landini Rex, Deutz-Fahr, Massey Ferguson, Lamborghini, Kubota and tractors with equivalent specifications.

It is suitable for mulching tall grass, brambles, scrub, vine and orchard prunings and woody residues up to approximately 6-8 cm in diameter, depending on the type, density and condition of the material.

The universal Category 2 three-point linkage and hydraulic side shift allow the machine to work either centrally or offset from the tractor.

14 CM WIDE FLAILS AND COUNTER BLADES

One of the distinctive features of the CERVO-200 is its rotor equipped with robust flails with a 14 cm wide base, designed for demanding applications and for handling dense vegetation and woody residues.

Inside the mulching chamber, a row of counter blades is welded directly to the housing. During operation, the material lifted by the rotor comes into contact with the counter blades and undergoes an additional cutting action before being discharged.

This configuration allows the material to be shredded more finely than with a chamber without counter blades, improving the mulching of grass, brambles, prunings and other vegetation residues.

The rotor is electronically balanced to ensure smooth rotation and reduce vibrations during operation.

HEAVY-DUTY DOUBLE-LAYER HOUSING

The CERVO-200 features a double-layer housing, particularly suitable for a flail mower intended for intensive applications.

The reinforced construction provides additional protection to the machine body against impacts and stresses generated when mulching dense vegetation and pruning residues.

The oversized rear roller supports the machine during operation and helps maintain a consistent working height.

OPENING REAR PANEL

The rear panel can be opened, providing easier access to the mulching chamber and rotor for routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance.

This design makes it easier to inspect the inside of the machine and simplifies maintenance of wear components.

HYDRAULIC SIDE SHIFT

The hydraulic side shift allows the operator to adjust the position of the flail mower directly from the tractor.

The ability to work offset from the tractor is particularly useful along field boundaries, between crop rows and wherever the mower needs to operate beyond the tractor's normal working width.

TRANSMISSION

The CERVO-200 is equipped with a 540 rpm gearbox with overrunning clutch and a side belt transmission.

Belt tension can be adjusted externally, simplifying routine inspection and adjustment.

The PTO shaft is included: CE-compliant Category 6, 1000 mm PTO shaft with shear bolt protection.

DELIVERY AND PREPARATION

The CERVO-200 is delivered secured to a Euro pallet and protected by a metal transport cage to help protect the machine during transportation.

Before shipment, DELEKS® prepares the machine and checks that the oil and grease levels are correct.

To reduce transport dimensions, the three-point linkage frame is supplied disassembled. The customer only needs to install the three-point linkage frame and carry out the standard checks required before first use.
